Imersa VR is designed to operate locally on your device and does not collect personal data.

Imersa VR does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

Specifically:

  • No account creation is required.
  • No analytics or tracking technologies are used.
  • No advertising SDKs are integrated.
  • No device identifiers are collected.
  • No IP addresses are stored.
  • No usage statistics are transmitted to external servers.

3. User-Provided Files

Imersa VR allows users to import media files (such as MP4 and CIS files) via AirDrop or the Files application.

These files:

  • Are stored locally within the app’s sandbox on the Apple Vision Pro device.
  • Are not uploaded to any remote server.
  • Are not shared with third parties.
  • Are not analyzed for tracking or profiling purposes.

All imported content remains under the user’s control.

4. File Storage and Retention

All files remain within the application sandbox environment provided by visionOS.

  • Files are stored locally on the device.
  • Imersa VR does not back up files to external servers.
  • The App does not access iCloud unless explicitly configured by the user at the system level.
  • Users may delete stored files at any time using the system file manager or by removing the App.

No automatic deletion policy is applied. Files remain on the device until the user deletes them.

5. Access to System Features

Imersa VR does not access:

  • Contacts
  • Photos library (unless explicitly selected by the user)
  • Camera
  • Microphone
  • Location services
  • Health data
  • Bluetooth data
  • Background tracking services

The App operates solely within its sandboxed environment.

6. Third-Party Services

Imersa VR does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, cloud storage services, or external APIs.

7. Children’s Privacy

Imersa VR does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

Since no personal data is collected, no age-based data processing occurs.

8. Data Security

All files remain stored locally on the user’s device and are protected by the operating system’s sandbox and security architecture.

Imersa VR does not transmit data over the internet.
